having trained at the highly-acclaimed London College
of Fashion and Shepperton Film Studios, Victoria
worked with many celebrities and models while in London.
nick-named the 'brides make-up guru' she formed Moving Make-up
in 1995 and has since helped hundreds of brides to look beautiful
